TOWN SQUARE is a volunteer community-based 501(c)(3) organization in Greenpoint and Williamsburg, Brooklyn, two neighborhoods experiencing dynamic changes.  Founded in 2005, our mission is to build a vibrant community and enrich the quality of our lives through activities that inspire creativity and imagination, teach respect and cooperation, and celebrate the joy around us.

We’re responsible for many family events and programs in Greenpoint and Williamsburg including our now famous GO GREEN! GREENPOINT! Earth Day festival, SummerStarz, an outdoor music and film series in East River State Park, SchoolFEST, Pumpkin Day and the Children's Halloween Parade & Party in October.  Among other things, we brought the world-renown Moscow Circus for its first performance in Greenpoint in 2008 and offer Music Partners, an awesome music program for infants and toddlers.

We typically meet on the 1st Monday of every month to exchange views, brainstorm, plan, and enjoy good food and company.  Please mark your calendar & join us!
